Configure system settings on the Small Parcel page.
Opening the page

Go to Home > Settings > System Parameters.

On the Small Parcel page, configure settings. (see below)

Click Save.
Manifesting Solution

Default Provider - Click the field and select an option. This becomes the default setting for all accounts unless the DVU user selects a different manifesting solution at the account level.

Advanced Settings - WDG support enters this value if required. The VERIFY_ADDRESS 0 code checks the shipping address to confirm it is a valid address.
Scroll down the page and enter account details for the selected manifesting solution provider. Different manifesting solutions require different levels of detail.
Note WDG recommends Shippo, but there are other options.
Shippo

Mode - Production mode (charged to the client) / Test mode.

Test API key - Required when the mode is Test.

Production API key - Required when the mode is Production.

Get the keys from the Shippo site.

Enter the name of the person associated with this account (e.g. the warehouse manager's name).
Easypost
-
Details need to be provided by the client based on which type of carrier they are using (Fedex, UPS, USPS).
Malvern
-
Requires HOST and PORT from the client.
Essential Hub
-
Only requires a single API key for both test and production mode.
L5

Only requires a single API key for both test and production modes.
Global-e
-
Only available for Shopify and requires support to enable.
