This article shows DVU users how to configure user-defined fields for receiving orders at the account level and then locate the results on the platform.
Note Optionally, DVU users can enable user-defined fields that add tag data to items. These fields appear on several platform pages including the Tag Data page. Click here to learn more about tag data fields.
Overview

Go to Home > Business Partners > Accounts.

Open an account template.

Click Receiving on the side menu.
The Receiving page has three sets of options for user-defined fields.
General
The General section has two user-defined fields: UDEF0 and UDEF1. Each option has a title field.
When enabled, these fields appear in the line entry window when adding an item to a receiving order.
The same fields appear on the Line Entries page.
