Change Kit Status (UI)

Use this tool to change the status of kits with the UI.

Changing status

Follow these steps to change the status of all or a portion of the items in a location.

1. Go to the Kit Inventory module.

2. Select a kit and then click the View icon to open the Inventory Detail page.

3. Select a row and click the Change Status icon in the toolbar.

In the side panel:

1. Click the field to set the new status.

2. Enter the quantity that will have a new status.

3. Click the Exception field and select an option. (optional)

4. Add a note. (optional)

5. Click Save.

Verify

DVU updates the table data. In the screenshot below, the table shows the total Available increased from 23 to 25. The Hold quantity decreased from two to zero.
