Inventory Adjust (Barcode)

This article shows DVU users how to adjust the inventory quantity in a location with a barcode scanner. 

Getting started

Log in with a scanner.

On the Main Menu, select Inventory (4).

Select Adjust Quantity (5).

Select an account if required.

Scan an item code.

Scan a location.

Scan an LPN (required if available).

Select a status for the relocated inventory.

Enter the quantity to relocate.

The scanner displays a Success message with the quantity relocated and the revised quantity in the original location. Enter 1 to continue.

Verify

Open the Inventory by Location or Item Inventory module. Select the row with the correct location and item code. Click the eye icon. A new table displays. Locate the row with the adjusted quantity.

In the screenshot below, the table shows the correct quantity (4 eaches) in the correct location (DOOR1).
