Send Confirmation Sheets

After converting a pending quote into a job (i.e. pick up, delivery, move, or return), DVU users can send the shipper and carrier (if applicable) a confirmation sheet.

When the shipper or carrier signs and returns the confirmation sheet, the DVU user has documentation that the other party agrees with the proposed work scope (e.g. services, terms, and fees) before spending resources to deliver the service.

Selecting a sheet

Open a converted quote and click the Actions button at the top of the page.

Printing

Click the Print option and select a sheet.

Emailing

DVU users can email a confirmation sheet to a shipper or carrier. Click Email and complete the workflow.
