Open this page to configure settings for the account’s small parcel service. Many of the fields on this page duplicate what appears at the (Settings > System Parameters).

Settings on the Accounts page override default system-level settings.
Before you start
When completing a shipping order, confirm:

The carrier is available on the Service Type drop-down menu (Shipping Order > Small Parcel page). Click here to learn how to add a carrier.

The Ship to address is an actual physical address verified on Maps. Otherwise, the small parcel order fails.
Account Numbers
Select a service and enter an account number. (optional)
Label Ref Data
Add one or more reference items to a label. Click a field and select an option. On DVU, these fields are optional, but some service providers may require this information on their labels.
Manifesting Solution
Click the field and select a provider. Select System Default to use the solution set at the system level or choose a different option.
Note DVU users can choose the manifesting provider set at the system level and then enter unique account numbers to override system defaults.
Different manifesting solutions require different levels of detail. Contact DVU support for assistance if the account needs advanced settings.
Integrations
Fill in the fields (e.g. copy and paste API keys) to integrate with one or more solutions:
Shippo

Select a mode, Production mode (charged to the client), or Test. Paste in the API key, token, and signer.
Easypost

Contact Easypost to get details for these fields and the name of their carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS).
Malvern

Requires HOST and PORT from the client.
Essential Hub

Only requires a single API key for both test and production modes.

Global-e

Only available for Shopify and requires support to enable.
