Create a Load

This page shows DVU users how to create a load and complete key template pages. Depending on local circumstances, DVU users should (at a minimum) fill in fields on these template pages:

• General

• Shipments/Stops

• Advanced

Creating a record

1. Open or create a Loads record.

2. Click the plus icon.

3. On the General page, enter a Shipper Number and Account. (required)

4. Add a PO Number. (recommended)

5. Click Save to generate a Reference Number.

6. Fill in additional fields as needed.

7. Click Save.

Next steps

Click Shipments/Stops on the side menu to add one or multiple shipments to the load. Or, create a route with fixed stops.
